Paging Mr. Banning--what's up with the RSR? Still have a leaking injector? I think I found a few known good spares. I'll trade you for a ride one of these days ;).

Cheers,
Scott

I hope those fires aren't threatening those of you in the area, and that they get put out soon. Where are Lopez Canyon and Little Tujunga Canyon (mentioned in this AP article)?

Winds whip up wildfire north of Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Intense Santa Ana winds swept into Southern California Monday morning and whipped up a 2,000-acre wildfire, closing a major freeway.

"This is what we feared the most," said Los Angeles County fire Capt. Mark Savage. "The winds that were expected, they have arrived."

The Foothill Freeway was closed in both directions for about a three-mile stretch, the California Highway Patrol said.

The fire, which began Sunday, les to the evacuation of hundreds of homes over the weekend. The blaze jumped a fireline early Monday in an area of Lopez Canyon in the eastern San Fernando Valley that had already been evacuated, Savage said.

Fire department helicopters took to the air at about 5 a.m. but were grounded amid the wild winds. The cause was under investigation.

Winds in the nearby Newhall Pass were 43 mph, according to the National Weather Service.

The blaze 20 miles north of downtown Los Angeles began Sunday and sent about 1,200 people from their homes. All remained evacuated Monday morning.

In photo caption: Los Angeles County Fire Department spokesman Ron Haralson says the blaze has charred up to 750 acres in the rugged area of Little Tujunga Canyon, about 20 miles north of downtown.

I used to live in that mobile home park(Sky Terrace) that burned so bad. From what I can see the place I used to own and the ones on each side are still there. Not very many left beyond those.

hi guys... just wanted to check in from germany. i visited the birthplace of our 911's today. they would probably be shocked at how different the production line is now. it was interesting to see a c2 then a c4 cab then a gt3 cup car all in sequence on the same production line.

Thanks for using my quote about Porsches Scott.

The remote energy generating device that I have been designing is almost complete and functioning. This is what has taken up alot of my time of late.I will show it to you guys soon.

However, we don't want to ever forget the Carrera's well being again. Regular starting and driving is important for any vehicle. Today is monday. On wednesday, let's have a taching party. We can start the Carrera, warm it up, fix any more leaks if any, and drive the crapp out of it up my long driveway.

The guys who were at my house last time will come I hope, and maybe a few other of you out there might like to join in.

I'll barbecue hot dogs and serve drinks for anyone who wants to have a good time and be with us. It will be a Mulholland Party :)

Happy Days are here again...
