Either have it "fixed" by de-gloving, hematoma evac and tunica sutures (assuming the fracture is found) or opt for conservative therapy w/ a chance of permanent deformation and/or impotence...depending on how things heal...or don't.

I think that would have been useful information to include in your original post.

I believe Mr Obama is giving my country a good deep colon cleansing - or you might refer to it as a good rogering.

My wife persuades me to join her in a "cleansing diet" every few years or so. Seems pointless to me. I think the "not eating much" part is responsible for any good feelings, and I don't get much of that.

I think some people feel that if spring cleaning is good for your attic, it must be good for your colon as well.

True Story.
... First, you can never properly cleanse your colon orally; can't happen. Second, you can't do it with a single treatment; a proper treatment takes about 10 times.

...
Forgive me for saying this, but "WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP".

Admittedly, I'm not a Doctor, but I know a good Gastrointestinalogist and had the (echem) pleasure of having him perform a colonoscopy on me.

1) You can properly cleanse your colon orally. Absolutely! Here's the a picture of my lower GI after drinking the gallon of colonoscopy prep stuff. Looks clean as a whistle to me, and that's what the doctor told me.

2) Unfortunately these colon cleansing schemes can be much worse then worthless since there is a very real risk of throwing the body's chemical balance out of wack because of the loss of electrolytes. I'm not biologist and can't describe the technical details of this, so I'll need to leave that up to the medically trained members of this BBS. My understanding is that the colonoscopy prep stuff is very high in electrolytes which is one of things that makes drinking the stuff so [gag] awful!
3) Unfortunately as a weight-loss scheme, emptying out your colon isn't going to net you much. I weighed myself both before I started the colonoscopy prep and afterwards. Unfortunately, even though my digestive track was completely empty, I was only 2 pounds lighter then I was when I started. Alas, my weight varies from day to day more then that.

My recommendation would be to walk away (quickly) from any of these colon flushing schemes. If you really want to be healthy, switch to a diet high in fiber and low in fats and sugars.

You're forgiven, nice pun there!
I'm not going to argue with you or anyone here; but I speak zee truth.
With about 99% of the market flooded with these oral cleanse routines, no doubt there will be an argument; but if it were my health at stake; I'd be checking it out.
My post was for info only, not an argument; your post has way too much info imo.

A proper colon cleansing will clean out the colon, intestines and liver.
I have personally seen too much to deny my post.
So I'll take your load of crap and raise you a you're full of $hat.

Nonsense. Colon cleansing CANNOT cure cancer.

Actually the opposite is true. You cannot thoroughly cleanse the colon with enemas. There is a reason docs use oral meds prior to colonoscopy. It works.

A visual inspection? Like reading tea leaves. Pure Voodoo.

You cannot clean out your liver through your colon. It's easier to clean out your wallet through your ass.
