Welp, got two pair of slacks and a sport coat that are all chalked up and being tailored. Two shirts, a pair of suspenders, and two ties. Costed me $300.

Hanging out at the Desert Park (with most of Alice Springs).

Currently waiting for GD to get her face painted.

Well, shoveling compost from the big pile into a wheel barrow for many loads is almost as much fun as shoveling it out of a pickup. In case you were curious. Now I get to trim a hedge WAY back. I had to borrow a gas powered hedge trimmer to even try. Some thick branches to cut. Gonna be fun.

Gots a battry operated chain saw to be a cut up. Got it for Spring Prunapalooza last year.

Plan is to be Lord of the Spiney Balls today. Dislike that sweet gum tree muchly. Just not quite enough to axe on it. Who in their right mind would even plant one of those things? Front yard is a shoes required zone.

Also as my stockade fence gate is opened it starts dragging the sidewalk. When closed the latch lines up perfectly so it's not sagging. The fence has started leaning the direction the gate opens just enough combined with the bottom of the gate only has a quarter inch clearance. Can only get the gate about halfway open. Need to cut an inch off the bottom of the gate. Wonder if I can trim it without removing the gate.

Would kinda be cutting up, but don't think the chainsaw is the right tool. Got two duffle bags with 9 Dewalt cordless tools for my 35th aniversary at work. Maybe this is a good opportunity to spin up the little yellow circular saw, or the reciprocating saw, or the jigsaw, and all three.

The circular caw is your best bet.

The hedge trimmer I borrowed is a mean mamma-jamma. It cut through the thick branches like it was balsa wood. It is a John Deere and is on a 6 foot long shaft and the cutter is 3 feet. My arms are real tired. I feel like I went to a weight lifting gym.

Well, It is morning. Can't really tell if it is good or bad as of yet. There is always hope...So, Good Morning.

Need to find the old Hot Wheels I kept. Think I have 4 or 5 that are worth from $20 to $100 each.
Also have a white 944 Turbo matchbox new on card that's worth $20 now.
And a blue 1:18 Minichamps BoxsterS NIB that's going for from $130 to $230.

Good Monday morning all. Any day above ground and mobile enough to go to work is a good day.

I never understood the hotwheels or matchbooks cars. I never bought even one. I do have one that the Porsche Family gave to the staff of Parade 1996 when I was Treasurer. It is a first generation Boxster from 1996. It is in a little stand and has a clear plastic box over it. I have a few 911 models people have given me over the years. I don't even know what and where they are.

The Hot Wheels I have from when I was 8. Kept the ones in mint condition.

The white 944 Turbo and the blue BoxsterS I got when I had a real one the same color to set on my desk.

Did not pay anything near what they are worth today.

I was looking in my spam quarantine box and one was a very helpful email. It was from Spain, and it alerted me to unusual activity on my credit card. It had a handy link to click to enter my credit card number and I could check the activity that might be unusual. Since my credit card is from USAA in Austin, TX it was very helpful to have that handy link. I of course marked it as block forever any email from that domain and flushed it.

I heard the other night thousands of people are falling for the IRS scam and people are actually going to Walgreen's and buying gift cards to pay their overdue taxes. Really.

I did get one of those calls. They said they were going to come arrest me if I did not pay up right away. I told them to bring the full SWAT team in heavy armor because David Koresch and the Branch Davidians was a pushover compared to me. They must be scared because they never showed up.

Doubt if they even knew who the Branch Dividians were.

You are supposed to go..."lalalalalalalalalalalalala" then yell behind you "Load the guns the IRS is coming" with Arabic accent. Then say, when can we expect your visit.

Oh boy. The new guy they hired to manage our PC servers and Active Directory told me he had exchange experience, and to ask him if I needed any help. Was given my stuff to do while I was on "Vacation" last week. Everything he touched having to do with exchange he screwed up, everything. He sure is making me look good.

Document it, and consider it job security.

With their track record that would just provided them a list of what to look for in new hires.

Paying $1400 per month for Microsft Office via 365 for people that haven't even bothered to install it.

Mornin' all.

We had decent weather for a change which made it a tiring weekend. Got the summer tires on the truck and the winters put away, fixed a leak in the car tire where I ran over a screw somewhere. Got the pump and filter attached to the pool so we can top it off for summer use.
