Hey Milt I'm putting in this new kitchen and....

Come on Milt you know you want to know more.

I slightly suspect sometime there may be a new user on this BBS that slightly resembles Milt.

I never found Milt's postings to be too grumpy in nature....
What was the magic number that forced his retirement?
Good luck, Milt. Come back when you feel like it!

I only post when in the bathroom so not to waste time, so what if I'm in the bathroom all day!

Gone about eight months, and back under your old name.

At least you tried to stay away.

Well, I did snoop under another name. I cleared it with Wayne first. The only reason I wanted an alternate user name was to log on to facilitate searches. I have always found Pelican to be a great resource. I really didn't want my activity to be monitored. And I promised Wayne to never post under another name.

Anyway, I made my way back softly until today when I got sucked up in that stupid thread about working the bank over. Seeing nothing but the same old crap, I think I'm going away again.

I have no use for the 911 tech forums as I really don't care much for the cars anymore. I do have this damn Boxster that I have to look after because I can't afford to have it fixed by a shop. It's the wife's car, I don't drive it. I gave her the use of the 911 as well until I dump it. I used to drive it once a month.

So, I'll never be too far away as much as I'd like to be as long as I have these balls and chains attached.

Well, it sucks that your visit was short and sweet. We'd love to have you around. You're one of the reasons that this forum is a great resource.

Randy, it's just a run of the mill 2.7 normal Box, red with black and silver painted wheels. Porsche made 25,000 per year in the early days, so this is just one of some 200,000 (I'm guessing).

No, I haven't designed any add on parts for it. In fact, other than a few accolades here on the forums, my 911 R project has all been but dismissed by most as folly. I think the R Gruppe guys like it much less.

It's being returned to stock and sold.

Back to the bank thread. I'd like to thank all the idiots here for reminding me what a waste of time it is to try and correspond any logic with the various forum participants. That thread mirrors the state of our society perfectly.

I think I have to go now.

Yeah, but a lot of us can turn-down our old...and cranky quotient now that Milt is back to take up the slack.
