my TOTO is unfazed.

first time i flushed it after install (test flush)..i was like, "o-oh, this isnt going to work". the low flow was ridiculous. it didnt so much flush. i was more like the bottom fell out and the water just dropped away. i thought a snot rocket would clog it. but nope, i bet i could flush a tennis ball. the larger port is the key. i have 3"..

you 4" guys..that is crazy. 4" is what they install at mexican bran muffin factories!

You should have blamed her for dropping it...in the shower...

Drink coffee everyday, do courtesy flushes, and never had a problem.

I put in an American standard champion 4 a few years ago and haven't plunged since, you can't clog that thing if you try.

That's the secret! I was stopping up the low flush toilet in our new place 5 days a week. Now I make sure I flush as soon as the turd is out (helps keep down the smell too), then I sit there and read for 10 minutes, then I wipe and flush and everything goes down smooth, but I usually need a third flush to make things nice and tidy.

These low flush toilets sure do save water!

tabs, there is only one thing you can do, flush it at the half way point and then again when you're done.

Someone said this forum is in the toilet on the other thread. Time to flush it.

Growing up in Wva, we had a toilet that NEVER needed flushing. Never clogged up or overflowed. It was just a long walk on a cold night. I was back home this spring and it's still standing, little overgrown & needs a coat of paint. Been 30 years since anybody took a dump in it.

I upgraded a cheap toilet that wouldn't flush a loogie with one of those super flushers. After about a year, the super flusher started to clog about 50% of the time. I'd plunge and snaked that bad boy hoping it would go back to it's swish gurgle gone mode.

I finally pulled the toilet up on a hunch. There, at the mouth of the drain in the floor was a iTunes gift card twirrling on oposite corners. It would flush fine as long as there was almost nothing in the water. As soon as the card "sensed" a load, it freaking turned sideways.

All I was out was the price of a wax ring.

Yeah I have tried that...problem is that my balls get wet...when the water rises...Some times they even bump into the bad boy that don't want to go down.
