I did like it, a slow prodding movie but interesting.
A Law Abiding Citizen is totally opposite.

Just watched Red notice. Not bad. Had to install netflix on my firestick and thought i would not be able to do it alone. Turned to be an absolutely thing to do if you have the right resource. My plan for this evening - to start so famous Squid game

I watched this last night with my GF...

Based very closely on a historical rape case. It presents three different versions of the events and circumstances.
- The first by the husband
- Then the accused
- And finally from the wife and victim.

It was uncomfortable to watch because the sexual assault was depicted in detail. My GF got upset but she also got annoyed by some of the dialogue. Back then women were regarded as nothing more than the property of their husbands. This was really well depicted during the trial scenes.

It was certainly engaging but it seemed long in parts however I found the ending really satisfying.
Great movie but I can also see why it flopped at the box office.

I've never been a fan of the multiple perspective stories. Just give me the one you want me to see instead of making it tedious. I'll see anything Ridley Scott directs, but he screwed the pooch with this movie IMO. The portrayal of the time period was good and the duel itself. Otherwise, meh.

I agree Mr Steve. It could have been a whole lot better.

Prime movie...teen suspense...interesting.

"While on vacation in rural Wisconsin, five friends seek refuge in a lone building after their vehicle crashes in a vicious snow storm. With no cell phone service, the group splits up to find help, but when they reunite, one of them is found dead."

"Coming Home in the Dark"
A NZ thriller also set in the wilderness. It toys with the audience a bit.

"21 Bridges"
NYC cop-robber with some good action sequences.

The Unforgiveable just came on Netflix. If you watch the trailer, it will spoil it. Sandra Bullock plays a woman who comes out of prison with all the pain that goes with that. I thought is was very good.

Also watched The Unforgivable. That it was good as well.

I think that's enough internet for one day, LOL!

I never could figure out why that happens.

Great acting by all and the cinematography was amazing.
The story line went a different direction than I expected....

We watched it yesterday. I thought I knew what was going to happen. I was wrong.

As far as movies go, it was decent but not something I'd want to watch again.

Hard for me to call it a western. It has cowboys and takes place in the west so I guess it checks the two main boxes but it doesn't have the other usual western movie attributes.

I watched several of the Netflix "The Movies that made us" series and found it very interesting.

It's fun hearing all the background stories of famous movies.

Don Siegel, who directed the original 1956 "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" plays the taxi driver in the 1978 remake........

Kevin McCarthy also has a cameo role in homage to the original classic......

The original is great!

Watch the movie and you will see how.

On Prime..Army of One
Special Forces gal out for revenge after her husband is killed.
She's very good looking and kicks ass. A predictable movie.

Just saw 3 days to kill. Kevin Kostner is a hit man for the CIA and he has cancer. Not a Kostner fan but I watched it. Just ok.
