Did it/Do it all the time. Driving a Hmmwv in Iraq I would piss, and the gunner would steer for me, lol.

Vitamin waters, or Gatorade bottles are the best. Nalgenes work too. Nestle pure life sucks.

I was on a shoulder less bridge. Or I would have gone..

Going up to Tahoe. Got caught behind snow plows. I stopped and inspired about 15 other guys to join in. Steamy yellow snow. My gf was not happy cuz she had to go as well.

Maybe not in stop and go traffic, but I do have experience in this area. You want something with a screw top lid, definitely. Need a larger opening too, coke bottle is not a good choice

F/U Question:
Can you pee over the top of a street sign?

That's why I buy the McDonald's large drinks for a buck. I always make sure I have a couple of those big drink empties with lids in the car. No need to aim.

Sure. But bottles are too narrow. I need a bucket.

Dole 59oz pineapple juice bottle. Good for 500 miles of nonstop driving w/multiple cups of coffee. Nice smooth rounded off opening, and large tight fitting top.

I have tried, bucket seats only means you will be wearing your own pee. Now if this was stopped, then it should be ok, but no way I try this on while car is moving at hwy speed.

Private pilots would stop in an buy cathaters we sold at a medical equipment store.
Not the kind that are inserted but go on the outside. Would come in handy if you were flying
with other people.
Could be used if you got stopped in prolonged bridge traffic.

Due to insane traffic jams in S.E. Asia, special bottles for females have been well developed and widely used.

No, I remember stopping out in the sticks in Utah... hiked about a hundred yards to find a big enough rock step behind... then felt like an idiot because there was no one around for miles!

I have made many long road trips. I have not planned so poorly as to need to pee on the side of the road. I can always make it to the next rest stop or gas station.

This^^^ you have to be pretty poor at planning if you can't find a gas station/rest stop/fast food/supermarket/etc.

And if the Popo sees you relieving yourself in public it can carry a hefty fine.

I would think this Little John/Lady John or Paul's would be easier than a catheter.
