More pics of the bumperettes in the works. The grey ones are the prototypes and the white ones are the first ones out of the mold

Honesty I haven’t been fixated on weight however we have opted for lighter materials and modifications wherever and whenever applicable. I am a bit anxious to find out where we cross the finishline at though

ok, ok 2 piece molds now and all by hand!? Your composite guy is a beast, some serious tricks of the trade in these photos.

The bumpers were dry layup of carbon (and kevlar) under the bag then resin pulled through via vacuum infusion? Damn

The headlights and profiles of the bumpers give this car longhood 993 vibes.

Looks fantastic, but I'm still hoping for side skirts.

This is my favorite thread so far, amazing craftsmanship!!! I often dream of working in a shop like this, looks way more fun than my desk job! I look forward to more updates.

Not skirts per se but modified fender and quarter profiles. This is just a cardboard mock-up and then me doing a color-in on my iPhone lol

Interview test: here's some carbon fiber and resin, make your own desk.
