Hey guys is it me or do Charles and the Mrs sound like they are getting cranky ? I told you in my first or second post that we needed to get Charles laid on this trip!!!
One was mumbling about "frigging PMS" in Flag.

Jordi, you guys need to find them some Keno gals and get their "white cell count" lowered a bunch!

Thanks guys, we landed in Henderson (outside of LV) and are having lunch, going to meet jriera at 3:30 at his house! He was kind enough to make room for us between parenting duties!!!!! Also send us over to Lucilles for BBQ, and Lo and Behold! Panera Bread (free wifi)
Car is running fine, traffic over the Hoover dam wasn't too bad, Chris said - "Damn thats a Dam"

Cheers!

Charles

Hey Arizona guys, I found my tumbleweed! Charles wouldn't let me take him home.

A blowout in Death Valley was probably not far away when this was discovered.

A smoother, more aerodynamic coupling.

Our rescuers They only charged us for the 2 tires. The tires are running great too.

Damn!

Charles is getting over the cold I gave him now. We're in high spirits and ready to get back on the road.

Yahhhoooo!

"Hey Arizona guys, I found my tumbleweed! Charles wouldn't let me take him home".

Damn!

You don't find tumbleweeds Chris, they find you. It's not right to keep one in captivity anyway, they're meant to waunder...
The Damn picture makes it look like you're "up the river in the big house". I suppose to a guy with the nickname "wifey" that's not all bad news! LOL

Your trip is becoming epic. Hope the rest of the run is good. The Prescott Pelican Posse remains on your team. Well... as soon as we get back from another quick run through the twisties! Great pictures!!

Chris and Charles are so easy going they must belong in Cali.
This whole saga is way too relaxed for easterners. Inspite of a number of repair and route delays they have really posted a great trip and are pobably greater friends for the effort.
What a great pair to have a buddies on a trip. Your welcome back in Arkansas anytime.

Um actually , I just spoke with them.. seems they headed across Death Valley with just one bottle of water between them.. Charles pushed Chris out of the car and he's driving back to NH.. JK,,
But seriously, you weren't the guy they blamed for the oil lines not being secure LOL .. I'll just be glad when they get here

74cookiecutter good to hear from you! Better friends? HAHAHAHA I am ready to string him up on a noose or drag him behind the 930.

We are somewhere between deathvalley and Trona (NO not Troma) and we haven't seen any nuclear radioactive zombies yet either!

The twisties here were narly along with the dips in the road and what not, you Prescott folks need to make a trip up here!

We are sitting in the car at the Shell gas station SOMEWHERE (still unknown, as we do not have a gps!!!) on some free wifi at 10pm, an it looks like 1am in the morning, its PITCH BLACK OUT!!! There were no lights.. just say wow!!

Onward to ridgecrest, ca!

We are in the middle of nowhere, west of Death Valley now at some closed gas station - with wifi!
I was driving out of Death Valley and I was thinking the car was acting up. Oh crap I'm thinking. Then I figured out we were climbing a never ending steep hill (5000 ft elev change). It probably sounds silly but I was having visions of being stranded out here in the middle of nowhere.
