A public service announcement from 32C

The following is an important public service announcement from 32C. Because we care.

It would not have anything with the extra 100 to 200 lbs the Carrera is required to carry. I think that is llike making you your girl-friend along for a ride with every race.
Only the 81-83 RoW SC's run in E with the carreras. All other SC's run in D. The 200 lbs is to offset the extra hp. that the carreras have which evens up the lb/hp ratio. That said, I'd take less weight over hp given an even lb/hp ratio.

It is all good though brothers!

The same can be said for the final year of the 356 ... or the 964 ... or the 996. And yet each of the guys who owns one of these "defective" cars when they were outdone by the next iteration are likely still happy and proud to have one. We all love our Porsches or we should just sell them and buy a Hyundai.

I would say that the obesity plauge that is so prevalent in our society was started by the Carrera model coming to the USA. The hybrid circuts in the Voyager satellite are still working and so is my CIS. Carrera means race in spanish, not plush. You haven't lived till you had the tail end of an SC raise up on you @ speed.

Sounds like you need a Carrera spoiler if your tail end is rising up on you at speed ....

What's with all the dents in the door of that POS...clearly seen in the reflection. Must be one of those PCA racers with ballast.

Wouldn't sell my 32c 911 but would like to see the Genesis Coupe with 306 hp track package that has

• 19-inch alloy wheels / summer tires
• Brembo® braking system
• Track-tuned suspension
• Torsen® limited-slip differential

Plus all the daily toys to use...

They even have nordschleife GRAY colour that looks great. Not a Porsche but my fondness of coupes may make this a worthy daily driver

My post on page 3 was tongue in cheek, but I think it may not have come off the way I intended. Please accept my apology.

For the record: I think SC's ROCK! Moreover, I would trade my well worn 175,000 mile 1987 Carrera in a heartbeat for an SC in better shape. All of us fortunate enough to be driving any model 911 should count our blessings...

Sincerely,

Mike

Whoa, whoa, whoa. Mike... let's not get too hasty here.

LOL.

With tongue firmly in cheek, I remain,

Michel,

Can help with the shirts and stickers, but afraid you're on your own with the other item...

I try not to use the words plot and guns together in the same sentence or paragraph anymore with things written on the intern... oh crap. did it again!

Major Identity crisis going on in my barn. I've got a 78SC, with a '89 carerra engine, and a mid-year transmission. Who is going to pay for the therapy?
