I drove it for the first time after 4 months of winter storage. Had to give some power from my BMW due to empty battery but it started very nicely after getting some fuel. Then after 25 minutes of driving on highway we stopped at closed gas station. I shut her down and then tried to start again: no luck. We waited around 5 minutes thinking what to do and then one helpful ambulance crew stopped there to get some fuel. They gave us some power from their VW Transporter and we were on the road again. We drove to home ~30 minutes and then tried to start again: no problem this time. Maybe I'll need to get new battery.. I hope I'll also get my new summer tires this week (Pirelli Cinturato P7). Cool car

She's been in the storage unit since early November and, with the temps today in the high 40s, I fired her up with minimum cranking; second try actually; little if any smoke either. Big Sky PCA meeting on Flathead Lake on Wednesday evening, but I'll be driving the Subaru to get there!

Wish I could post picks with my Nikon D3200, 24 MP. Won't do it. Tried sizing them.

Installed factory A/C blower fuse kit.
Have a slight miss at idle... going to add octane boost, change plugs, examine ignition components.

Figured it out... Wevo from previous post.

Got her back on the ground after replacing fuel pump, engine/trans mounts, rebushed front and rear sway bars, repainted front bumper, headlight rings and mirrors. Pulled front side markers and replaced with euro rubber trim. Took her for a spirited drive and took a few snaps when I got home. Geez, I love this car. Warren

Working on my idle miss, and added some octane boost. Ran excellent. May still change the plugs.

Been testing my new mounts, Wevo Black. The noise and vibrations have increased to an annoying harshness, from stock... the cornering has improved noticeably. Maybe they'll break in a little.

didn't do it today, but very recently. Polished the oil lines, and wife bought me new seats.
I am lucky man.

To get the lines nice an shiny, first a good cleaning, then using a very fine scotch bright pad and some brass polish. More elbow great than anything else.

After having to push start the Targa twice on my last multiple day trip I replaced the old sticking starter with a new high torque version. Only issues were the power cable had to be rerouted and the mounting studs were to long to use the Allen style nuts.
