Of course it's a hobby. Since it's not a business, what else could it be? When someone does something for fun, we call that a hobby. When someone does something to make money, we call that a business. Since you're not selling anything, it's a hobby.

See, this is why it's silly to insist that you're not trying to get people to buy product. And we all know exactly why - you didn't get permission to sell your product on these pages, so you're just circumventing the rules. You're not even a little clever about it. The very insistence that you have about not selling product when it is completely obvious that you are trying to sell product is why you've lost credibility. That, and making claims like you invented reversing the refrigerant flow, or that these condensers were designed specifically for these cars.

Trust, once lost, is impossible to regain.

Porsche Crest BLUE BIRD 86 SC Cabriolet DIY Reversing The A/C GASES

The engine was finally installed into the body over the weekend
It's been over a year since this project started and I made and sent my PFC matched set condensers to Gilles the owner

After installing the engine it would not start, in testing it was discovered the fuel pump turned out to be defective, a new fuel-pump was ordered and should arrive this week

My airflow measurements indicate that at engine idle the rear lid condenser gets substantially more cooling CSA airflow than the front... Above idle the effect is much more dramatic.

What makes sense to me is that the highest system pressure, highest temperature fluid, should be routed to the most efficient condenser. In this case it seems clear that would be the engine lid condenser.

So why does your "reversing" the flow work...??

To make matters even worse it appears to me that your aftermarket front lip condenser, as with most others, get little, or no, cooling benefit from forward motion airflow as does the OEM.

Is engine heating, IR heating, of the rear lid condenser resulting in the front lip condenser being more efficient?

Nobody has ever shown any test data that this actually happens.

That was not quite 12 hours, Bob: 11:44 PM to 11:11 AM.

This thread reverses my flow.

And saying "have patience, Giles is working on it", is not a suitable "answer" since you made those claims of superior performance years ago and also claim your systems are up in running in a couple of Florida cars.

Since you claim to be an engineer, A/C engineering specialist, why not give an honest and straight forward answer to an honest an straight forward question?

You claim that "reversing the gases" actually works to improve the system performance, so why not give us an engineering analysis as to why?
