Engine Rebuilding Workshop………

Thank you very much for your interest in Engine Rebuilding Workshop. I had the good opportunities to conduct several engine rebuilding workshops in the past with more than 100 participants in attendance. It was an experience I will cherish as long as I am alive and living.

I like to continue and conduct another workshop but the room I was renting is no longer available. The property was sold and could no longer afford the current expensive rental fees. I have a three-car garage/carport available but has no heat or AC that could accommodate 6~8 participants conveniently. And I don’t have to transport the motors, boxes of tools, tables, chairs, etc. to the venue by myself which is a big burden to me physically. With everything I need is stored at the garage, another Engine Rebuildig Workshop is feasible.

I was not allowed to test-run a gasoline operated motor inside the building (rental) due to insurance restrictions but not at my carport/garage where I did my test runs for newly rebuilt motors on my engine test stands. Thanks.

Tony

Engine Rebuilding Workshop………….

There is a very good chance that I could offer another engine rebuilding workshop in September/October 2024. The spring schedule April/May 2024 was a NO GO because of the travel plans my wife has for 2024.

February 2024………….Trip to South East Asia.
April 2024………….….….Trip to Netherlands.
June 2024…………………Trip to The Philippines.
November 2024………..4 weeks @ Carmel, CA

July and August would be too hot for us to convene for the workshop. So September/October period is what is available for this year (2024). Tentatively, mid September schedule is what I have in mind when the weather in Philadelphia area is nice and cool.

I will start to contact those people who had expressed interest in participating in another engine rebuilding workshop. BTW, in a couple of days I will be leaving for Amsterdam with my Boss for Life (wife). My access to this forum might be limited while I am on vacation.

Looking forward to meet new friends. Thanks.

Tony

Tony I scrolled back a ways but didn’t see any mention of cost. Also what airport would be best for someone flying in?

The venue is about 30 mins. from Philadelphia International Airport (I-95 S to Rt. 476 N and take Exit to Norristown). For hotel accommodation, Hyatt House in East Norriton seems to be popular among the previous participants.
