I don't think the case was worth the 24˘ except maybe for the recycling of the Al. We didn't even drink it. It was that bad.

Right, giant TV and audio. How about a lava lamp?

needs green lamps. They can be yours for $2800

edit= I know I am right b/c I can see the green candle/ash tray thingees on the coffee table. Ideally, they should be filled with hershey kisses. Perfect for a 6 year old.

I'm guessing the TV is to the right on the wall opposite the couch.

We never had this furniture. We lived in a very modest "architractor" Midcentury Modern home and in the den with the TV, there was a recliner for Dad, a built in couch in a cove that was nothing more than a slab of foam covered with fabric, and a similar slab pad on the floor in front of the TV for close up viewing. None of it was as comfortable as "real" furniture like the photo above, but we didn't care... fond memories of that house.

The smallish TV (maybe 19 inch B&W) was on a typical 7 foot long MCM table with the spindly dowel legs... I think Dad built it. Like this without the drawers and compartments... painted black:

That was it... this "den" adjoined the dining area and was separated from the LR by a brick wall with one of those fireplaces that opened to both rooms.

Everyone had to walk past it real slow when we had a fire or there was a lot of smoke. lol
