I do not believe the data are accurate. I believe that cases of breakthrough may be under-reported. We will see if the cases of vaccinated versus unvaccinated being admitted to hospitals will change over the next 6 to 12 months.

The virus will mutate faster than we can develop vaccines effective against the new mutations and there will be no end to the number of boosters you have to get. It won't be called a "booster" it'll be just like the annual flu shot. What would help though is people understanding that the vaccines works in the same manner others do. They train the body to recognize a thread and build antibodies to neutralize that threat. The more people vaccinated against the current strains, the less chance of the virus mutating to evade the vaccine. Now I know this is just crazy talk to people that want to believe conspiracies... but that's how vaccination works. You get ahead of the curve by slowing the mutation. You slow the mutation by having more people with antibodies able to neutralize the virus.

Fair enough. I'll watch them... But I still want to know why I don't have a smallpox scar like all three of my older brothers do if vaccines cause mutations. And how do we explain the mutations that came from countries that have a lesser rate of vaccination? If vaccination causes mutation, why aren't we seeing new variants of concern? You'd think we'd have one from Israel, USA etc... is someone hiding something?
