Thanks, those are taken in Kenya in the Masai Mara region. We spend a fair amount of time in Kenya so get lots of interesting pics.

My son lost his left eye almost ten years ago and his name is, uh, Jack...OEJ's opening soon one town over from us:D

U-505, captured intact off the African coast in 1944. Two Enigma machines, along with code books and other valuable documents were seized that helped cripple the German war effort in the Atlantic. On exhibit at the Museum of Science & Industry in Chicago.

The motor is very happy though, just under 6K on it, conferred with JW since the plugs all looked pretty fouled and went up a heat range. Oil looked good, a few valves needed slight adjustments and it runs even better now!
So happy I went to a 3.0 with decent cams, so smooth and lively!
