HHI944 02-18-2012 11:22 PM

Night vas. I should get some sleep as well.

slodave 02-18-2012 11:24 PM

I'm trying to cut down to one or two myself.

I broke my rule the other night. Myself, an acquaintance and a cigar rep went out drinking. We got hammered and smoked a stupid amount of product. (I smoked about $120 worth at retail)

Hehe, I have very similarly sized beer mugs.....yup, just one or two beers will do, especially with something like the RI stout.

slodave 02-18-2012 11:37 PM

I don't use that glass very often. 1 liter is pretty heavy! :D Next time I go to Germany, I may see about bringing back one of the larger ones.

Always love it when a textbook doesn't tell you how to get something right, but google and brute force solves it....

slodave 02-19-2012 01:28 AM

Oh man! I could go for some carbonara right about tomorrow morning.

svandamme 02-19-2012 03:03 AM

But you have so much to learn young skywalker. I detest diesels, they are loud and nasty, I love the monster torque but I will not own one. As for the 2500, ummmmm here in Va you pay taxes on GVWR so you take a 1500, and convert it to a 2500 and rawk on. DOT never pulls over a pick up unless it is slammed down from a load so it is never an issue. Insurance is also cheaper on a lighter truck. Kind of the wolf in sheeps clothing type of thing.

BTW nice slam in the meth house thread. :D

Morn'n Rick
how's the weather this morn?

Rick V 02-19-2012 04:05 AM

Morning Pete, thus far just dank and breezy, the radar only shows rain on the way and they have backed away from the high totals, looks like only 5-8 for this afternoon into the night. It is still your fault.

Rick V 02-19-2012 04:32 AM

Okay newest data is 1-3 inches, so a non event. Thanks for pulling some strings Pete. :)

pete3799 02-19-2012 04:38 AM

A balmy 22* here and hardly any snow

We haven't had more than a few flurries this year and been in the 50's most of the winter. I love it. You can keep that cold stuff up yonder
