Thanks Dave.

G'day Vas.

Be good if the 50k was on US saturday.
Sunday in Australia.
Make for a good party, with max attendance.

Glad that your mum's in remission Dave. Horrible thing that, it gets far too many of us and often out of the blue.

Thanks. :) I don't think the doctors are quite saying the word "remission" yet, it's just not doing anything at the moment.

vas930 02-22-2012 11:49 PM

Well, thats good news, Dave.

Good idea. I'll go quiet tomorrow to help get it to the weekend - I'm just bored chitless today ;)

No rules here, Jeff.
You post when you want.
Just thought it would be good to have as many as we can.
It would be nice if the blokes that built this thread came along.
50k is a big deal for a thread about nothing.

Nite all.

Night Vas

I'm going batty winding these inductors. My fingers are cramping, I'm loosing count on the windings. This task sucks!

slodave 02-23-2012 12:28 AM

Enjoy! I know how my fingers end up doing things like that as a hobby. :D

Time for me to try and sleep. Hopefully while it is still dark. This falling asleep at 7am sucks.

Night, Jeff.

Outback Porsche 02-23-2012 12:36 AM

Can't really complain too much. I keep reminding myself that they have to be the worlds most expensive inductors with what it's costing them to have me do this crap :D

Night Dave

Rick V 02-23-2012 01:21 AM

Morning Y'all

Outback Porsche 02-23-2012 01:23 AM

Morning Rick.

I think I'm the only one about (besides yourself). I've said good night to most of em through the day.

Rick V 02-23-2012 01:35 AM

Yeah I just got caught up, you get the work horse award for the day. BTW your dog looks like the kind to start trouble and sit back and point a paw at someone else. :)

Outback Porsche 02-23-2012 01:44 AM

Ha!

Another 20 or so minutes and I'm calling it quits.
The pup's a pretty good boy - they're a bloody smart animal them border collies, he is cheeky but not as bad as his sister lilly, who's having a sleep over for a couple of weeks. She's one of them dogs that says, 'hey look up here at my eyes not at what my paws are doing'. Hugo (my pup) just tries to vulcan mind meld with you - you go get me food sort of stuff. He'll just sit and stare you down.

He and lilly are funny together, just a rolling ball of black and white with eight legs.

What you got planned today? Another spin on the hamster wheel?

Rick V 02-23-2012 01:54 AM

I love critters. :)

My plans for the day are to go make more money for someone else than I am making for myself. I really need to stop thinking so literally, it gets depressing.
I gotta get in touch with the realestate agent over in the valley and set up our meeting for sunday. I am still bummed we missed the rock house. :( So the hunt goes on.

Rick, the rock house? obviously another part of the thread I missed...

Outback Porsche 02-23-2012 01:59 AM

House hunting can really get you down. It took us about 3 months to find this one. It was just a spur of the moment thing as we had passed it over when looking at photos in the paper. We had just been shown a heap of rubbish and were feeling pretty down. Walked in the front door and knew instantly that it was our home. Good thing that the settlement went quickly with no hiccups

Outback Porsche 02-23-2012 02:02 AM

Heya Azzy.

I'm done, had enough of this place, 1/2 hour drive to go. Hope theres no livestock on the road tonigh - scared the crap out of me last night. see you all later.

So, Herr Stijn, how will the 50k milestone be celebrated? A brotherhood weekend at your place? :)

Let's meet at the range and shoot some stuff instead.
