Only to have room for a full size floor lift. Just a dream.

Glen, I'm sure you've thought about some sort of combination fraidy hole mechanics pit with just enough lift to get the wheels of the ground, or maybe some kind of scissor that the cars park on and iunder is a fraidy hole, but can drop down from under the car.

A pit is OK for doing oil changes but I really want to get the weight off of the wheels most of the time. Constant trips in and out of a pit gets old real fast.

Getting some FREE terraforming on my yard. Landscaper asked if they could take down part of my stockade fence to get his Bobcat in to do dirt work and bring some big boulders in to terrace the back yard of the neighbor behind me. For letting him do it, he is going to move some dirt around for better drainage and scatter the grass they took off the neighbors yard.
One of his helpers has already put some left over flowers in the big pots on my patio. Haven't been able to do anything to my yard for almost a year now.

Yea, I just need to figure out how to make that work. I want something like in a James Bond flick that drops the car down into a cellar

Ahh, I though you were looking for room for a four post so you could keep a car lifted for storage too.

![]() Reality will likely be something like a small scissor lift and be done.

One of the 928 guys got a small scissor lift with wheels so he could move the car around while up off the ground. Didn't look like there was room to access much between the wheels front to back. I would sure like to have a two or 4 post lift in my garage, but not enough room to do anything once the car is off the ground. I have to pull a car out just to wax the other one.

ah, the voice of reason. i can also get a 10ga pretty cheap. that seems like a lot of gun for shooting at grouse, however.

The 12 is IMO the best all around ga. for a scatter gun, and shells can be had anywhere. You may never need that much thump but I would rather have it and not need it.
Come break in my house one evening and you will see the wrong end of one. 00 mag buck btw.
