Hehehehehe, for some reason I hear that phrase a lot?????

Woken with a monster headache this morning (no, not self inflicted). Not even codeine is touching it.

I hope I can have it gone before the little yard ape comes for a sleepover later.

Well since alcohol wasn't the cause of your headache maybe alcohol will cure it

I like. your thinking. It'd sure make an interesting mix with the codeine.

The problem is coming from a muscle locked up in my shoulder. I've got the TENS thingy on to it and chased the codeine up with some neurofen. It seems to be taking the edge of it.

I've got to rig up some sort of light weight, rigid mast to keep the balloons at proper height.....I took the little truck out to that been and played a bit once done shooting.....it took a few tries for me to pick the right lines, but it ultimately got to the top....the been is about 20ft high, loose and rocky and close to a 70 degree incline....

I realized today that I am just another W2 employee. I see the people they put in the rooms for me to see, and have no control as to whom or when or how often. In modern medicine, people are commodities no different than raw materials or a machine in a factory.

33ft?? Holy crap!! That ain't gunna stand up! But a single 39" will(should) be fairly straight. Get creative and you can extend them.

Insurance requirements and drug costs are already proof of that, The medical machine is not here to help me it is here to make money. The medical staff gives the illusion of humanity, but the machine is out of control.
I don't know how some people work in the fields they do, I could never be in Markus's shoes, I can not stand to see a kid hurt, adults I don't give a flip about but kids and animals get to me

i was pre-med at the university and quickly realized that i would be owned by the system, if i became a MD. i dropped that major. i did enjoy the anthropology, biology, and chemistry courses i took, however.

if i were to do it again, i might become that MD, but i'd only do housecalls, cash at the door. word of mouth only. if the patients want their insurance billed, i'd have the forms for them to do it themselves.

as i've continued my career in healthcare and spoken with drs. and observed, it is abundantly clear that my initial assessment is accurate.

The guy who is holding the place for me out west is going to let me crash there for a week while I secure employment. Great idea, get to see how I like that place for more than just a quick walk around
