They gots then at Walmart for under 7 bucks.

The delicious on those comes from the spice rub.

Just remember it's them crazy Cajuns that come up with all the creative bird cookery. Deep frying whole birds including turdkey, Turduckens, and now beer can chickens.

Friend of mines Mom works for the local literacy council and volunteers to teach non-english speaking people english. One year as a thank you one of the ladies she helped gave her a turkey. It was spiced like oriental garlic chicken, but it was a deep fried whole turkey. Was some of the best bird I've ever eaten.

I make what I think is a really good chicken enchilada chili, but it doesn't taste very much like chicken since I don;t like chicken much.

Richard, if my kitchen was infested with chickens, I'd exterminate the beasties and remodel the kitchen, from top to bottom. But then, I can't leave well enough alone.

Sister-in-law didn't like my comments of my sister taking all my painting made my house look like the set for a porno movie so she bought and brought me a see side painting to fill the biggest empty spot.

Guess I need to find me a home decorator to style the house up. Problem is I know all that costs money and I don't really care enough about it to actually spend money on it.

When the temps around here drop from being idealistic a little will have to do my pork green chili sauce pan chili. Haven't had that in a while. I make it instead of pork chops. Come to think of it the last time I actually made pork chops I used ground pork so Mom could chew it easily. Actually they came out really good mixing the pork chop seasoning into the ground pork.

Goning to have to find something easy for Tuesday and Wednesday since I will have the Cadillac surgery eye patch on my good eye and won't be able to see too good out of the other.

Stijn!!

Wow, I discovered something amazing. It is horrible. There is a 3:00 AM ! Yuck.
For years I just lay down in bed, and the next thing I know it is 6:00 AM and that is when the alarm goes off I get ready to work.

This 3:00 AM crap sucks.

I "get" to take my wife and MIL to the airport. They have to be there at 4:30 AM.

Didn't know they were allowed to fly commercial flights that early.

I am about to head out to the Autocross. Hard to believe I have been doing auto crosses for 40 years.

The new tires have a TON more grip than the old 15s and are very predicable. I can brake way later and take corners faster. I beat the guy behind me in a Cayman GTS by two seconds. To be fair this was his second Autocross. This was 350 to 400 range for me. I am no hot shoe and my only goal is to have fun and drive the car home with zero damage.
