To even fly around much in OKC area points south class 4 areas pop up fast. Soon it will be required for most every aircraft. He can always take off to points NE and never talk to anyone. He still likes to see the other traffic.

You get off work for good Friday eh.

We only get off good friday on those years that christmas or independence day doesn't use 2 days. It's our swing holiday.

Yup. The one good thing about religion, it's got plenty of work holidays.

We are taking off for good Friday so it really is a good Friday!

We work on President's day and MLK, and Veteran's day but figured a spring day is better to take off than a Monday.

I reckon that's why the muzzies are so pi55ed off at us, we don't give them work holidays for their religion.

Oh yeah, that and the crusades.

So anyone think this interactive 3D environment thing where you wear a headset and it tracks your head movement and hands and objects where you are at to do things in the 3D environment going to be a big deal.

VR

There are several applications in 3D mapping that it would be cool.

My friend in Austin sounds like he has hooked me up with a VR headset that does the Augmented Reality thing. It uses cameras and sensors to put your VR environment on what you see, and interact with the VR from things you touch and move in the real world. Like the Virtual Reality stuff you see where you use a glove to move around in the environment. Instead the new thing is it can see and use your bare hand (or anything else you program). A simple example was walking around a car in a showroom. You point at or touch things and it pops up balloons explaining the features you selected. Or instead of looking at the map on your navigation, wear the glasses and it puts your route on your route like the down markers on televised football games.

The kicker is I need to produce some kind of simple demo of an application for it. Says he would be able to get me producing content for the sale of the glasses and thinks there is a idea out there that will make lots of bucks.

Just don't know if it is going to go gang busters, or go the way of 3D TV.

So do they raise camels specifically for eaten, or do they just eat the ones that are worn out?

I suppose that in some circles a camel toe burger might be a sought after delicacy.

Maybe they should make the Camel meat into hot dogs, that way they could call them Dromedary Dogs.

About twenty years ago one of my friends was on vacation in Australia for a month. He said one trip was to the outback and he said the flies were so thick that he had a heck of time switching lenses on his camera because the flies kept getting into his camera. He said without a doubt the best steak he ever had was camel. He said it was a steak cut form part or close to the hump.

I have eaten a lot of different meats but I have never had camel. There is a local meat store with a tricky name, it is called the meat house. I have only been there for some prime beef. The super good stuff. The also had alligator, kangaroo, emu and other exotic meats. I don't know if they have camel.
