Been sick for a week. The best thing to help me was Movie Theater Butter Pop Corn with extra butter melted and poured over it, then generously covered with Garlic Salt, and Cayenne Pepper. Chased with CocaCola because all that garlic salt and cayenne made it hot! Followed with Garlic toast made with French Bread, way too much butter, generous garlic powder, cayenne pepper, slice of mozzarella cheese and some pepperoni slices. The cheese and pepperoni are only so you can stand the huge amounts of garlic powder and cayenne pepper.
If your throat gets sore and you lose your voice...Heat a can of chicken broth with some garlic powder and cayenne pepper. Sip on it. After about 10 minutes you will get your voice back. Seriously, I tried the over the counter stuff and my SIL meant well fixing me chicken soup and some home made garlic bread (without much garlic powder and no cayenne) with her home made whole wheat bread. Was having to double dose the meds to just maintain and the soup and toast didn't helped much. Finally ended up trudging to the store myself and got my go to stuff and was better within an hour of getting home and making pop corn! There is also something about using french bread for making the garlic cayenne toast. Have tried other types of bread and it just didn't help as much.

Richard's biggest challenge is his sore throat. He tries his home remedies but the reason his throat is sore is the snot running down his throat. To stop that prescription medication used to be the only option. Now products like Flonase to snort and Zyrtec-D are over the counter. Flonase is an inhalant that stays in the sinuses. Zyrtec-D are available but it is like buying condoms in the old days. In Oklahoma we have to show our driver's license and they scan it before we can even buy it. It also helps to go see a real doctor at the first signs of the flu. They do have medicine that helps but you have to take it at the start of the Flu. The biggest trick is stay away from kids and don't get exposed.

The Cobra was smog exempt when I moved to CA because the engine was from 1971. Good thing since it wouldn't pass visual, timing requirements or anything else, even though it burned pretty clean for a 1.23hp/cube engine with no cats. Cats did not like my car, it is too noisy for them. None of our dogs would ride in it either. We have a little bit of snow here. We finally finished all our Christmases. Jacob wasn't too disappointed he didn't get his throwing ax since he also really wanted a punching bag. We figured the punching bag is a little safer of the occupants around the house.

I'm an all-weather Packers fan. Since around 1959.

They got some shows on nuclear power on. Sorry, but with our waste stream management history and reputation I just can't get on that wagon.

Good Over Monday Day!
Had a customer call and ask about 100 square miles of aerials of a remote area in Beaver county in the panhandle. Of course he wanted coverage for every single year. Pure pipe dream. I told him we did have it in 1990 and that was perfect for his time frame, but it was over 10 negatives. Each negative is a 9x9 and 300 MB as a tiff file. He want me to email it to him. ![]() He did actually order the scans even after I told him the price.

They used to have practice camp at the UW not far from me back then. Back when the Fridge and McMahon were the big names. Never liked McMahon. Seemed to be a mamma's boy.
Snowed yesterday, rain this morning and possibly snow again tonight. I wish the weather would make up its mind.
