Just popped in quick so I could do my weekly rant on people. Reading should be a requirement for breeding. Thanks for listening.

the only thing I want to melt is the wicked witch but she has flying monkeys..........

Porsche-poor 05-24-2017 08:54 AM

If I had to read it had better be instructions!!!!

RKDinOKC 05-24-2017 09:27 AM

Didn't think real men read instructions or ask for directions.

flipper35 05-24-2017 09:27 AM

But if they did, they could comprehend them.

Only if the instructions were written by somebody with intelligence. I have seen some pretty bad instructions written in Engrish.

Yup. Even the blank pages were bad as in the note on it said "This page left blank intently".

I never got very passionate about blank pages, but they put some effort into it evidently.

Porsche-poor 05-24-2017 01:55 PM

blank pages are there for notes incase you get lost.

Had a cool .5 cubic inch supercharged nitro methane R/C airplane engine. Made a whole horsepower. It was made in Japan. Despite the very nice craftmanship on the motor the setup and tuning instructions looked like they were hand written is someone's garage. The tuning instructions were exactly the same to adjust it to run richer and to adjust it to run leaner.

Porsche-poor 05-24-2017 02:12 PM

The person who wrote the instructions has probably never run the motor or possibly even had their hands on one.

Another evening of working in the yard. The weather was another perfect day. No wind and 72 degrees.

"Intently." Hahaha! Also, the note means the page is no longer blank. Double fail. :D

Good Morning all.

We are having house guests this weekend. Nice enough couple and the guy is cool. The wife is one of those women that can't stand a few seconds of silence, so she starts talking. And rambling on about nothing. Ah well, it is just for the weekend. I may have to do an oil change on the 911 this weekend, and a brake fluid change. Both are overdue but since we are not autocrossing and I have been playing gardener I have not gotten to it.

Porsche-poor 05-25-2017 07:57 AM

oil change. I need to get that done to!

Morning all.

flipper35 05-25-2017 08:18 AM

Today we should see the sun. The grass was over 10" tall so I cut it on the highest setting Tuesday. Might get to cut it on the regular setting this weekend. And rake again. :(

Porsche-poor 05-25-2017 08:34 AM

Time to harvest the hay!!!

flipper35 05-25-2017 08:40 AM

Pretty much. We have two compost piles and we alternate which one we dump the hay into each year. I should get a bagger, but then I would have to empty it every time around.

At least the rake is one you pull behind the mower similar to this one.

Hay, y'all. SmileWavy

Oh man...Just had the Pork Belly sandwich from Arby's. It was freakin delicious! Like a pork rib sandwich with no bones.

Because I really liked it means it probably won't be on their menu very long. Restaurants tend to take the things I really like off their menus.
