True, but I always try to look on the bright side of things, unless they affect me, then I look an the dark side of things.

At least your weekend getaway car has a roof.

I put a couple samples on and this is the color the Cobra will be.

Think that color on a Porsche is called Viola Metallic.

Thanks Brent

Retirement training begins proper. We're sitting in the qantas club drinking champagne waiting for the flight to Sydney.

Having fun on a Saturday morning. I got up at 6:00 am to go wash the El Camino. It really needed it. Evidently I managed to drive through a grease blob that tried to swallow my Elky. It was all over the passenger’s side and even on the tailgate. It was like it exploded when I hit it. There were streaks and blobs of it from the front wheel to the top of the doors. Total mess. It is clean now.
I am cooling off and then off to shower and then the Porsche dealership.

Beautiful day here. We’re thinking about spending tonight on the sailboat. Just camping there at the dock. TBD...

Good Morning.

Just woke up. Only got 3hrs sleep thursday night. Was putting a bunch of new hires into our system so IT can setup computers friday for those that get computers. Did the late night so could spend friday at a teleclass on 365.

While I was in class a user got their credentials compromised. Spent the evening after class cleaning things up. The hacker added an iphone to the user account Thursday. The Executives that won't let us do any training complained about getting malware emails, idiots. This is the fourth hack that our new spam filter was supposed to stop that didn't. It is interesting that 365 claimed to have kept most of the malicious emails from being delivered, but they were anyway.

Also during my nightwatch last night our AS400 decided to lock up on some of the jobs causing 3 kinds of havoc. And I couldn't get in touch with the AS400 programmer on call because he had the incorrect phone number listed to contact him. That lady was really comfused about the messages I was leaving her account. If she had done an outgoing message instead of using the default I would have known a lot sooner is was a wrong number. Once I did get in touch, the new programmer was inexperienced and I had to go back in an restart a 3 servers that he should not have shut down.

Hope everyone else has a much better friday than I did.

I'm gong to make myself some grilled pepper sliders with onions and peppers mixed in the ground beef, Yum. Get hunger pangs just thinking about em.

The dealer event was interesting. I came home and took a nap after getting up so early. Resting up for the new member pizza party.

That pepper slider were delicious.

Chopped up some Serrano pepper, white onion, and a bit of garlic. Then mixed it with the ground beef. Pattied it, generously doused it with black pepper and put it on the grill already smokin with hickory, cherry, and apple wood. After flipping it put a chunk of cheddar on top to melt. Put em on some whole wheat slider buns and slathered it with some good ol mayo. Richard's Pepper Sliders, yum

Next event will be mushroom slider. Done similarly with mushrooms, a few onion bits and garlic. Top with mozzarella to melt.
Or a ham slider. Put ham in the cuisine art to chop and mix in some lard to stick together. Than pattie and grill, top with cheddar to melt.
Or Italian slider. Do the ham cuisine art with some pepparoni. Mix in mushrooms, onions, garlic. Grill and top with mozzarella, to melt.
Or pork chop slider. Ground pork, mix in onion, garlic, and bbq sauce. Grill and top with cheddar to melt.
Or BBQ beet slider. Ground beef, mix in onion, garlic, and bbq sauce. Grill and top with cheeddar to melt.

Sumthin bout grillin with add-ons mixed in makes it taste gooder. Would do mix in the cheese, but it leaves a mess on the grill.

We stayed overnight on our sailboat for the first time. The sea lions in our harbor like to “bark” at all times of the night. Oh joy. It was nice being here first thing in the morning.

Morning gents. Just sent the oldest kiddo off to his first week of scout summer camp. He’s nervous about being gone, I’m jealous that he gets to camp on fiesta island for a week!

The yard is mowed and edged. Autocross receipts deposited in the bank. I have one of the bosses beers in my hand. Burp.
