a gun less friend, is only good for 2 things :

1 reloading my spent mags while i'm shooting zombies!

2 a buffer between me and the zombies
(also keeps him motivated to make sure i have plenty of loaded mags)

It was just on the console so it would be in plain sight, and to quickly grab if a non-officer type ran up to my truck. Friend would have been more likely to shoot himself in the foot as not.

Funny that years later when he started traveling by car a lot, he got his own pistol and a conceal and carry permit.

So I saw something that the attack was onb the 914 guys?

It is FRIDAY and I have no hottie pics available to post.

Can you get yourself a small block Chevy engine to replace the old 944 lump?

I really don't see the point in doing something like that.
I like the 944S because it revs high and sounds good..

A Chevy is low end torque.. and rumble.. besides, they aren't abundant around here, Chevy V8's never really caught on except for a very small group of American car enthusiasts (which i'm not).

putting new bearings and re-ringing the 944S , resealing and new camchain, new timing belt..
Those are not expensive things.. Just takes a bit of time and effort.

OK, Stijn. But the HP and torque of the small bock Chevy engine can be addictive.

And the price!

Nothing beats the HP per dollar of a small block.

Since Stijn in Belgium, the price of a SBC engine might not be so attractive.

I have seen a nice 944T-SBC conversion and the "upgraded" car is phenomenal.

Yea, I doubt he can get a brand new 350 delivered to his door for under $1,700 like I did.

you would probably have to double that figure, and put a euro sign next to it...
besides, i still don't like the idea... not for a 944S..

if i can get it for 1250, then i'd fix the engine and red neck it..
don't care how it looks, just as long as it goes like stink
It's dark blue, which is a good, low key color..

picked up some 168 grain HPBT prvi partizan match ammo for club competition
and just cleaned/checked a batch of that Nato surplus for warming up and plinking.

Tightened up my front aiming thingie magic and added a small bit of regular loctite the screw that hold it..

greased up the oprod and bolt rail

tomorrow it's shootin' time!
oh, and another dude is bringing his real M14..
so we can have a little bit of a match between ourselves
