I usually hate white cars... But the list of mods on this would make me over look that...

someday I will own and M3, and a well modded e46 would fit the bill nicely...

Yeah!!!! Beth managed the time off so as long as I can get someone to feed my kitties and make sure the little one gets his meds we are good to go. Beth wants to take the northern route and invade Glen's place one night. This is all weather dependant. We leave on the first.
Yes Richard I told Beth to make sure we have some jerky, she thinks you might be a little insane but jerky is good so we have nothing to lose

I am not ruling out the question of my sanity, but gnawin on jerky wakes me right up.

Also like to listen to unabridged books while on the road, especially if on a route done dozens of times. Melts the miles. If the book is good, find myself trying to rush the pit stops to get back on the road and listening to the book. Just set the cruise, keep it between the lines, and listen.

You gotta make sure the book is unabridged, ie. read word for word and not shortened. The abridged books put me to sleep.

A lot of the cardiac issues attributed to weight lifting involved routines with nearly no cardio exercise and white fish/chicken based diets lacking in fatty acids/aminos vital for cardiovascular health.

Obviously, there are exceptions, that's just life. Heck, it's not uncommon to hear of ultra-marathon runners, people in absolute peak physical condition, just dropping dead one day.

Besides, we've all got to go one day....
i'd love to see that study.

the issue isn't the diet, so much, it is the extreme strain placed on the blood vessels of the heart, leading to premature failure of those vessels.

Not the old atrial dissection BS... .yeah, it happens..... To people with predisposition or preexisting conditions. I haven't seen Amy modern, reputable studies indicating a higher ROI in individuals with healthy CV systems.
And hypertrophy is not always a symptom of disease, it's a natural, physiological response.
