Techron is a generic cleaner that is good as a maintenance item, it cleans everything it comes in contact but isn't really strong enough to do anything unless you use it all the time over time, which isn't a bad thing.
44K needs fuel to basically activate it and it is only good for cleaning combustion chambers and piston tops, it will not clean intakes, injectors, or anything else, and it is spendy, IF you can find it. BG products, at least around here, are not an over the counter kind of product, but if you find a shop that uses them, they will sell you a can.

Oh and I managed to pull another rabbit out of my hat yesterday and the mega hour job fixing the boxster I was able to snake a new bolt in and make the repair, properly.
On the test drive I told the little car I was still pissed and I tried to blow her up, not abusively but aggressively, until I realized that was really nothing new, I do that every single time I drive the little rat bastard.

Not really worth it for a little quicker punch on the on ramp. It's still pretty damn quick for a small suv.

It's got 12k on it now, so when it gets past 30k and out of warranty in thinking it will get an intake and chip tune. Same motor as the hot focus, so I bet there are some good mod kits out there.

Should I build an Escape ST? Could be a fun DD.

Good Morning all. I am now married to a retiree. She snuggled back into her pillow after I kissed her goodby this morning. I may need to take an extra nap just to keep up!

I told her we are going to back the alarm clock back at least 30 minutes. I see no real need to come in 45 minutes before we open anymore. We got up early so she could get to work and get a good parking spot and work for a while without interruptions.

Great plan, Glen. I'm going to practice retirement for the next week and a half. I'll let you know if I like it.

I prefer to think of Hump Day as the same, and the downhill slide to the weekend as much steeper. Friday off is just a bonus.

Half-price burgers and Johnny's Charcoal Broiler Friday and Sunday.

I think I better fix the grill before this weekend, the propane tank is out of juice, so I have another old tank from my old popup camper that is still full, but has the old male type connector (not the new style female connector). I still have the old regulator from the camper, so i'll see if I can get it hooked up and not have to waste a whole tank of propane. MMmmm, brats and burgers on the grill for independence day !

^whatever you do, get the propane filled, avoid the exchange game...

I hate the exchanges, you're getting whacked coming and going.
