The required notifications to seize property under a mechanics lien are fairly specific in CA. I sorta' doubt that Mr. * had his i's dotted and t's crossed as is normally required before attaching property.

Did this even come up? Just curious.

Mark,

Mark Fraiser prolly has one, I do not. Would like to but after hearing crap like was posted from the newspaper accounting it would prolly make me sicker than I am now.

Am still looking at possibly driving over for the hearing on the 10th. You coming?

Joe

Joe,
I just didn't know where you got that quote. As I understand it 'true victims' are allowed/encouraged to speak at the sentencing hearing. I am not an actual victim of a crime by him, strictly speaking but he did get me for $5K. It's an 8+hour drive for me...each way.

I'm a bit surprised the prosecution did not counter that def atty's statement with info on mechanic's lein....maybe he did. Should be a slam dunk that Jimmy sold parts before even asking to be paid for anything plus he got major deposits for 'parts'.

Don't you think the fact that this thread is still here is enough of a comment.

Allowing his name to be printed here so it could be found by any of his past victims would be the right thing to do (and might help keep this guy in jail for a while longer).

Thanks to the people who put this guy away for awhile. Thieves suck...

Sounds like a plan, I'll try it - here's four to feast your eyes on ...

I'll join the crowd. The lack of response is disappointing in the circumstances.

All I mean is that I don't think it is necessary for Wayne or any of the mods to comment on this. Just unscramble the name to help protect others or bring more victims to these threads.
No one owes us an explanation of why it is the way it is, but the right thing to do would be to unscramble Jimmy Deering's name.

I figure that they have a good reason. Just curious what it is. That's all.

Has anyone actually asked Wayne or the moderators, are are we collectively just waiting for them to use ESP to contact us?

ESP seems to work fairly quick in the random pictures thread.

We all understand this is 100% Wayne's toy box. He lets us play for free. He can do whatever he wants with it.

I have been reading this thread from the beginning. I keep checking back expecting to find some sort of explanation or reason for scrambling a convicted felons name.

With no word from the powers that be it makes the crazy conspiracy theories come to mind. We all want what is fair, but until Wayne lets us know his reasons we will just wonder what are in the black-mail photos.

BTW, for anyone who is really silly enough to think that everyone at PP does not know about this thread, have just been informed that Wayne was contacted directly by email. To date there has not been any reply. Why am I not surprised?

Am going to pretty much bow out of this thread at this point. If new victims are found will report back (if the thread is not locked or deleted) otherwise we all now pretty much know that nothing will happen. At least Jimmy is in prison and his crime spree against PP owners has been stopped. Thanks for the support of 99% of the posters, it really helps.
