If you were smart enough to read it all.... The free shipping is on qualifying items.... That second box obviously isn't qualifying items.... Most of us have figured that out.....

Because mistakes and misunderstandings, just like ****, happens. A responsible business wants to hear about this stuff so they can improve. They might very well appreciate the feedback. I know that I would.

Anyway- Maybe I shouldn't have posted this and just blew it off.

Avoiding confrontation. That's healthy. Might also be why you keep getting, in your own words, .....the raw deal!

Did I miss a thread about burnouts??

I suppose they could have changed it since you saw it, but now it says

"free shipping on many parts or 3 day for $3 on many parts *click for details"

Is this like one of those tests in school where the teacher says, "read through the whole test before you start.". Most of the students do NOT read the whole test, but instead start answering questions. A small handful of the students follow the instructions and discover that the last question says something like, "leave all of the questions blank and turn the test in and you'll get a 100%."

Yeah, you're one of those kids that didn't follow instructions.

Yeah it explains it on the website. The free shipping is items that are common and are stocked in the Socal warehouse. The stuff that you have to pay shipping for is the unusual and special order items and they are from the Norcal warehouse. I prolly mixed up the warehouses, but you get the gist?

pelican is nice they are slightly higher then most places but the customer service and those cool stickers make up for it. Which I didn't get in my last order.

I've bought a lot of parts from Pelican and returned a few too. They have always been the best. I'm taking side bets that you didn't get screwed.

Also I agree with Hugh that you are out off line to air your complaint here without calling them first to find out what happened and give them a chance to help you or help you understand.

Sorry if that is too harsh but you put it out here for comments.

You know, as much as certain parts of Pelican is not on my "top ten list" the last week or so, will have to say that their service has always been VERY good.

Dammit, pick up the phone and call customer service. You should have called them FIRST and not complained here about it.

That wasn't all on the 944. The M3 got a new radiator and a few little other goodies....

I did spend almost 2k with paragon parts this year.... The 944 is a tight in a corner now though.....

I've got about 3 grand in my car this year by the time you figure the alignment and cornerbalance....

Each and every item we order from here in Hawaii has to have shipping paid for by buyer.
Doesn't seem any farther than new England, or Fla. but that is the way it is. Their policy is pretty clear, just got to look at the details. As stated the sales reps can explain what happening.
Time to move on!
