Happy 4th everybody! Car is about 2 weeks away from being done. Still needs lowering, corner balance and alignment. The scales and equipment are with the race team in NY, so were just waiting on that stuff to come back. The motor is all plumed in and ready.

A lil before and after, its been a long journey!

Make sure and make a tank from the vent pipe where the oil goes in or it will make a big mess and coat the engine with oil. Hose to a tank with a vent Summit sells them. William Knight
Looks great

Might want to consider putting some thermal wrap on that header pipe. Protects the oil line above it and the Bilstein next to it from being cooked

In my opinion, it is the camera angle The headers don't get that close as it looks in photo, lot of air movement and it is a few inches like maybe 4" from cooler is my guess.

I love this car! So much effort and dedication went into it and you overcame all the hiccups. Can't wait to hear it and see it rip a little on video.

Getting close, just need to fab and route the muffler pipes/tips to the bumper cut outs. This is a good look at William Knights stainless S-Cargo replica headers/Dynomax muffler set up. Muffler was under $120 from Summit. This "budget" set up didn't lose much HP on the engine dyno when compared to a GT3 cup muffler/custom open race headers which are allot more $$$$$. Rear Tarrett sway bar is installed but not tightened down yet.

And she still needs to be lowered, aligned and corner balanced. Then shes done!

I'm not sure, but my last car weighed 2314 with a sunroof and I also went allot further with this car, so I believe it to be accurate.
