OUCH, ouch ouch.

I spot on the side of my nose has been zapped twice before at my dermatologists and the damn thing started grown back. It is like a spot where the skin is peeling for no reason. It does not normally hurt, but he zapped it again.

He told me he was going to "double zap" it. So I was prepared for the loooooong spray of liquid nitrogen. It felt like it was enough to paint a small car had it been spray paint. He put down the spray gun gizmo, and asked a few questions and chatted about two minutes. Then he pick up the liquid nitrogen spray gun and did the loooooong spray again. I feel like I got a triple zap.

Just too many years in Hawaii with no hat, and no sunscreen. I had a tan that was real, and not from laying out at the beach.

Upgraded my kodi to the new version 19 beta, it is working great.
May have to get an roku or new appleTV with more memory.

Like the appletv because I can stream videos/music from my computer, iphone, or icloud.
Also like that when I put the appletv to sleep, my TV, and Stereo go to sleep as well.

88 and humid here still.

We had 13 months in a row of below average temperatures, until September. This is the 6th hottest September ever.

Our heat is supposed to break on Thursday and have some lows in the 50s and highs in the 70s like it is supposed to be this time of year.

Hopefully we can have a nice fall, and not go right to winter.

Holey crap after lunch today. Scared the beegeebees out of myself.
Substituted salad for beans and rice with my carne guisada. Otherwise ate what I always get at a mexican joint.
Blood sugar dropped to 36 a couple of hours after lunch. So out-of-it was all i could do to get myself something to eat to bring it up above 70.

Been getting meals delivered since my stroke. The last two weeks changed to a service that deliveres keto meals instead of ADA diet. Have been eating keto and fasting a couple of days a weeks for the past 2 weeks. I seems to have made myself more insulin sensative and need to take less insulin!

Pepper did alert me to eat something while I was a only little groggy that kept me from falling asleep and going into a diabetic comma. But it sure got close.

Got Pepper trained to get my attention and lead me to my testing supplies when my blood sugar gets down to 70.
Really weird that only 4 days of fasting combined with 18/6 intermitent faster would increase my insulin sensitivity enough to make my blood sugar drop so far using my regular dose. Especially since I became diabetic from that MRSA infection and it had responded differently than normal diabetics according to my doctor.

Realized a great opportunity to train Pepper. She was waking me at night to let her out. So started leading her to my testing supplies, testing, and giving her a treat if my Blood Sugar was 70 or below before letting her out. It only took 4 times of treating when my blood sugar was low. After than she either lead me to my tester if my blood sugar was low, or straight to the door if she just wanted outl

Today was the first time she got my attention and lead me to my testing supplies that I was just watching tv and wasn't asleep.

Today is supposed to be the last hot day of the year. Supposed to get to 89 today. Tomorrow the high is 71. And night time lows in the high 40s. Finally.

I still need to finish up the compost barrel fix. I figured it could wait until it cooled off so I don't have to run the AC in the garage.

Morning all

I'm getting the toyota ready for its next trip in a few weeks. Gave the front end a freshen up yesterday.

Now for some new brake pads and a wheel alignment, and it'll be good to go.

I saw it riding off into the woods on the back of a unicorn. Then they flew off into the sky.

Whooo Whoooo, 64 degrees. We finally get some fall like weather. Of course now I have a ton of honey doos to do.

The motherboard for my MILs computer came in yesterday. The BIOS is weird, and is still on version one so I need to update it. I got it to boot, but I guess all the USB ports are turned off, so I gotta figure that out. I had so set up an old switch to function mostly as a Cat6 extension. I can't find any of my long cables, so a short cable, to the switch and another short cable to the computer works.

I had to dig to the back of my closet to find a PS2 mouse and PS2 keyboard. With all the USB ports shut down nothing else works.

Mornin' all.

We hit torrential rains on the way to Texas and then all surface of the sun heat on the way through Arkansas. No, it isn't a dry heat either.

Jim, good to see the Z moving about.

The seats just arrived for the Cobra yesterday. The upholsterer that was going to do the dash and door cards to never got around to it from when I took it in to him in June. I am taking it to another one that happens to be his brother on Friday. The two hate each other it seems. This one has it penciled in for next week so it will be done next week. I have not driven the car since the baffled oil pan was put in because he has taken so long.

Got home to a wet basement. We have had a lot of rain this year. There is a campground next to the casino on the Mississippi that has been open two weeks so far this year. The rest of the time it has been underwater.

Hey, tomorrow is Friday already!

Looks like the wife roped me into a 5k walk this Saturday. Well that will cut down on all the other chores to do for the weekend.
