The nearest drug store had a coffee shop that my Dad frequented on Saturday mornings. The first time I purchased condoms I went to a different drug store several miles away. Then I figured if my purchase was the topic of the Saturday morning coffee group my Dad would be proud and started buying them there. He never said anything about it.

Our problem is HR. She has not disciplined a single employee since she has been here. She has fired them for being 2 minutes late, but no reprimands for breaking the rules. Now management complains about being short staff and no one on staff feels like they should work. It couldn't be because 90% of the issues we have the staff are basically told to stop it but nothing ever happens unless you aren't liked, then you get fired. Fortunately I get to work with the servers. They still act up, but it isn't like dealing with stupid people. I am not a people person.

If I were closer Rick I would run those for you. I would even use the good stuff from Panduit.

We had a new accounting manager come in many years ago. The department was all women. Every single one of them left crying and three of them were children of other long time employees that went to school to specifically work at the company. He replaced them with women from his church that had no idea what they were doing. But hey, they thought it was great to start the day with a group prayer session.

There are all sorts of rules about when you can and can't go spoon happy on skinnies'.....so many rules that it's a really painful power point presentation.

Looks like we're gonna have to skip some of the water practicals.....apparently they don't think that teaching an introduction to small craft waterborne marksmanship is a good idea in 6-8ft swells. Maybe the weather will blow over.
