On the way home from running some errands today, we saw a blue Escalade that was jacked up so high, the bottom of the vehicle nearly cleared the tops of the tires. The body lunged a fair amount under normal braking. I'd hate to see that thing in a panic stop. I'm afraid the chassis might stop but the body would just keep on going.

Oh, definitely. There are many 'hot' things about this date.

I drove through a McDonalds the other day and, apparently, they'd spilled a ton of fry grease in the drive through. I skidded through a friggin red light immediately after leaving there...I was a touch irritated.

When driving the GMC Jimmy with 4 inch lift and big tars down the highway there were a couple of places that it would catch air from the bumps in the highway. Very startling the first time.

There was a railroad crossing about a mile from my house that the road sloped up to the crossing on either side by about 20 ft. It was fairly steep. Found at 45mph the Jimmy would completely jump the crossing and smoothly land on the down hill slope on the other side.

Yes, It was crazy fun. For female passenger comfort I carried a jog bra in the glove box for off-roading.

The funnest thing to do was to drive along a motorcycle trail that went along about a 100 ft drop off. The trail was barely wide enough to drive the 4x4 along. Would watch the passengers and see when they were really getting uneasy with the drop of on their side. Then I would turn and drive right down the drop off. They would come unhinged. Most people would scream nooooo. A couple of people jumped from the front seat into the back of the Jimmy. My dad just sat there and didn't react or say a word. A month later I started receiving a 4 wheel & off road magazine subscription in my name.

Looks like I'm up for the night. Accidentally took my long acting insulin twice this evening and am up taking my blood sugar and eating complex carb snacks so it doesn't get too low. It's kinda crazy, because it's long acting it takes from 2 to 4 hours for anything I eat to effect my blood sugar. If I eat too much it will spike then drop back down. Been doing well and keeping it between 70 and 90, but will have to keep eating little snacks to keep it from getting to low. The rough part is when it starts dropping I get really sleepy. The stuff lasts about 12 hours.

Morning.

We are off to Sears to get an alignment on the truck. Gonna have to stop by the wife's office and take the DS rear tire with us. We must have picked up something as the low tire light came on again on her way in. I filled it yesterday morning so it must be a nail or screw.

Guess I am Nobody.

For several weeks been up an watching this list before sparrow farts my time, 4:30am. And up all night and on here until sparrow farts with insomnia.

There typically aren't any posts from about 4pm Central till 6:30am central.

Even last night I was up keeping my blood sugar from tanking and finally went to sleep at 4am.

Nope Nobody here.
