Had a huge garden growing up. Always had bell peppers. One year my Dad put in a couple plants of some kind of fancy hot peppers. They cross pollenated with the bell peppers and we had some really hot bell peppers that year.

Hey, Extra Good Friday everyone. TGIF
I am in the middle of a large project. It has over 30 grount control points, put down by the client. They are a survey company. They laid down large white X shaped targets on the ground and give us the exact GPS location in X, Y & X down to 10th foot accuracy. Then I have to find that target in the photo by "zooming out" find what I think is the white X and zoom in. If it is indeed the X then center punch it with a tag and tell the program X marks the spot at that coordinate. It might show up in 12 or more images for each target. It is a long process of running the mouse wheel in and out. No joke, my mouse finger is sore! Just like roofers, or professional wrestlers, I have sore muscles! I will have to take the afternoon off even if if does make my mean greedy boss mad. Heck, I was working last night until 10:30 or so so the afternoon off in 68 degree sunshine is fair compensation.

mouse scrolling will get you carpal tunnel for realz...it's not bad till your hand looks like a claw and your fore arm hurts.
Imagine working on computers on a day to day basis for 30 years like myself.

My first computer, 1976, had 4K of space on the school system computer. Had a IBM tele-terminal that you dialed the computer and put the phone's handset on the acoustic coupling. Everything was done using the typewriter and paper. No screen let alone mouse. It was a very basic programming language. And yes, the other 2 students at my HS with access figured out how to access and change our grades. Not that any of us needed to.

Thinks some people are using Good Friday as an excuse to make it another Monday.
Thought we were going to make like Monday wasn't happening no more. And while I am thinking about it...Why does Garfield hate Mondays. It's not like he goes to work or anything.

Wow, Good Friday indeed. It was 68 degrees, clear skies, no wind, Monterey or San Diego’s weather. And I was forced to go to Hallett Motorsports track and drive a new Boxster, 718 Cayman, and a 911S. Well forced is not quite the right word.
 It was fun, but we had to follow the leader and really only went 60 % of the car speed. The 718 sounds great, but the 911 has some acceleration. Wow. They all have great brakes but I never had to use but 25% of the stopping power. Then we got a full speed lap as passengers in a Panamera Hybrid 4 wheel drive. Fun day and I was forced to drive my 911 up and back.

Sounds like that boss is really making you work too hard. Driving a 718 then having to walk away from it is just cruel.

Think my house would look funny with a one story house and a two story garage. I like those houses that have a garage in the basement where the first floor garage is an elevator down to the basement. It's like a secret hidden garage.

One of my friends is a home builder & general contractor. He was over here on a social visit. I asked him to just do an "eyeball estimate" on raising up the ceiling in the garage to a height that would allow a lift with a car on it. He said 30K minimum. That would be simply nuts. We would be better off selling and moving to a house with a bigger garage. Houses with 4 and 5 car garages are even a LOT more expensive than our nice comfortable paid for house. We will just stay here.

That makes for a real April Fools day.
I had fun yesterday playing lumberjack. We removed some limbs off of the bottom area of our Bradford Pear tree. The limbs that keep attacking my head as I mow.

After lunch their was a family Easter Egg Treasure Hunt.
You had to find an egg in the back yard, that egg had a note of which team you were on for the treasure hunt and where your team started from. From there you had to find 3 plastic eggs with clues each for the next egg. The last egg had a feat or action your group had to perform in front of the other groups. Then you got to choose eggs from a basket that had different prizes and where to get them. The order was based on the order the groups got to the last place. The 2nd Egg required a road trip. It was actually kind of fun.
