Scott, they are Accumoto 15 X 9 & 11, with Avon Historic Slicks and the original Porsche Vintage Racing Pattern hand carved by some craftsman over at Roger Kraus.

Decisions, Decisions
So, I've been doing research for days on what parts to get where, and here's where I've landed so far. If you see any room for improvement, let me know.
Flywheel - Patrick Motorsports (sounds like that's where everyone gets it) - $370 Clutch - Unknown if needed. Engine Crossbar and Cradle - Sourcing 3.0/3.2 from Pelican. Will raise engine to same level as 3.0. Engine Tin - Sourcing 3.0/3.2 from Pelican Camshaft/Power Steering Block off Plate - Patrick - $75 Oil Pressure Sending Unit - Pelican Cone Air Filter - Timmons - $195 Transmission Studs - ? Pelican or Timmons Oil Feed Pipe (instead of external cooler) - Timmons (Patrick's is very $$) - $145 (any other options?) Accelerator Cable - Patrick or Jae Lee custom. - $290 - (Timmons is too flimsy) Single Pulley Conversion - Timmons - $139 (vs. $385 at Patrick) Ignition Coil Mount - Patrick or Jae Lee Custom - $120 Wiring Harness Conversion - Timmons or Custom (Timmy2) $184 (vs. $395 Patrick) Oil Crossover Pipe to thermostat - Pelican Oil Crossover Pipe from Engine - Pelican Headers - Using 993 OEM headers Muffler - Looking for Sport muffler AC Bracket Removal - Custom

Was in Portland for a conference, manage see a vintage race at PIR, and stopped by the Rothsport racing facilities. Jeff, Carl, Earl, Scott and the others have put together such an unbelievably first class facility. It's just eye candy everywhere.
I picked up a few bits for my conversion. Oil tube extension, single pulley conversion, power steering block off plate, and a couple other juicy bits. ![]() The bad news? Turns out I can't use my current transmission (7:3:1 mag case from a 72 911). So, I'm now in the market for a 915 from 82-86. Drag. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

But the 7:31 R&P is too weak for a 3.6. I'm fitting a G50 into my -69 and that is a proper head ache....

Excuse my ignorance, but have you considered installing an engine mounted oil cooler? Is that a viable option?
Great build. Makes me wish I was still in SD. ![]()

UPDATE: sorry it's been forever since I have updated this thread. There's been a LOT of parts collecting.
This week I've been working on mounting my first oil cooler. I will have one of the fender, and one in the front bumper. Below are pictures of fabricating brackets for the fender mounted oil cooler. ![]() I do use cardboard to mock up, and 1 inch flat steel to make the brackets. I'll put 90 degree outlets on the cooler and run the bumper mounted one inline. ![]() Here are the brackets, pre paint. ![]() Using high temp engine enamel. ![]() Painted and installed. Tomorrow I'll work on fabbing the rx7 cooler in the front. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() It's SUPER solid. Very excited about it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

It's fun making functional important mods. That one looks good too. Make sure to block off as the factory did. You'll need it and a fan too.

Here is a picture of how they do it but your cooler is custom so you'll need to make some sheet metal block off to fit your application. Should be a tight seal from both sides of the cooler. You don't want air to choose simplest path because that's not through the cooler, it's around it.

I've got a separate thread on wiring the 1995 motor into my 1969 Chassis as well: http://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsche-911-technical-forum/878918-wiring-3-6-into-69-911-help.html

Question for you experts. My plan is to run the Setrab in the fender, then an RX7 Cooler in the front. Do you think the RX7 Cooler is necessary? Or will the Setrab do ok? Sea Level car, not a track car. (Autocrossed)

You're doing away with one cooler already. One with a fan. I promise you need two. And you'll want to put a fan in the fender one. I think you'll be fine with two. If you went to Vegas there would be no doubt you'll want at least two. I've gone through this with a turbo in Vegas but even in cool weather it was clear the second fender cooler was wanted.

So you're suggesting to do another fender vs the front rx7? I have the bumper for it, and it's already been modded.
