I have considered several times getting an inch lift soles for my riding boots so I can touch the ground a bit easier, but I always end up shying away from it; you'd have to have the sole cut in the middle anyway so your knees aren't bent more by the amount of the sole lift. imagine that; sidi riding boots in a 'mods and rockers' style, like the goth kids....

I'm 5'6'' with a 28 inseam. I had WP customs made for mine, but I'm no knee dragger so its OK for me. YMMV

I do however from time to time hire a women who wears boots like that.

B'gawd.

Well that's no stupider than the Harley-Davidson branded cowboy boots (which yes, sadly, really exist).

Smart-Azz; *grin*
I guess I asked for that one from this crowd.
The boot reminds me of my late buddy revvin kevin's 'ole lady;
'mistress rusty', the 'harleys are so sexual' sportster owner/ dominatrix queen@$100.00/hr (in the '80's that was serious cash...she always had the most money of anyone around)
He woould never bring her out in public nor let us come over when she was there; one day we did anyway and he opened the door wearing a french maid's uniform, and there was rusty behind him in that kind of getup, complete with whip...absolutely true. of course, we never let him live it down...

DDP is the best color... very rare and the fastest with lighter and smaller electrics.

His head has been filled with far too much information already from this thread. Don't want to overdo it!

if he can't take it he needs to go to another forum.

Well junior as my esteemed colleague Dr Nunley has stated, the aforementioned color simply represents the aero-dynamically superior tone of red that is no longer available on new S rides.

Some neo-lithic cement heads have tried to belittle this most exquisite choice by describing it as Dog Dick Pink, but their words are un-important and we do not hear them.

j_dock2, make sure you get a bike with the charcoal cannister, so you too can have the pleasure of throwing it in the garbage.

30" inseam, tall sport shocks, flat foot in shoes or boots, toes only in barefootses. does the Rick Mayer help that much?????

There's pretty much no way you're gonna overload me with info, of that I'm quite sure. Knock yourselves out, pass the bong and enchiladas. Well, unless it means another hijacking...

DDP... yessss. I don't know if it was origially a red that faded to DDP, or if DDP was standard issue from the get-go, but... yeah. Its a disturbing little color. I wonder if it eventually fades to PP, which is another pink which is similarly anatomically based, only more female in nature... ahem.

Charlie usually recommends that Kate wear PP shirts at the Bike Nights here in Austin, apparently it gets attention...

The bike I'm looking at is Titanium and Mandarin (aka "School Bus") which may need some chromatic customization.

I'm pretty likely to miss out on that ritual, unless I pony up for an all-original bike and pay what is likely to be an all-original price!

Have you guys figured out that I'm a bottom-feeder yet?

with you j_dock, with you...you'll do fine with a slightly used scoot at half the price!
I know an asian cat and a small female that both ride S. He had a custom Corbin (or oyher take yer pick) sliced down so he was flatfooted, I mean this cat was short, like 5'1" er sumpin'....loved his bike.
She does similar and added my 'backs...now she's in love...
