But so improbable. I mean, a criminal President of the USA having a cocaine addicted and criminal son? It could never happen!

Bone Tomahawk on Netflix and Prime.
A 'different' western.....I liked it.

Land of Bad is good. Liam Hemsworth and Russell Crowe. A Predator, F-18s, and a B-1 included in the action.

I think F1 will be good. Comes out 6/27/25. Stars Brad Pitt and Javier Bardem, features some actual F1 drivers, directed by Joseph Kosinski (Top Gun: Maverick), produced by Jerry Bruckheimer and Lewis Hamilton. $300M budget...

Maybe, objectively, if you know little about F1...
But if you watch, suspension of disbelief (essential to a movie) is gonna be damn hard, when you know for sure Brad Pitt was not racing during that season, you saw him doing fake interviews as a pilot at several races, and know Verstappen won practically every race when this was filmed. I doubt I will be able to enjoy it because it'll be too obvious for me and I'll recognize the races and likely remember who really won, but I hope it's good so the rest of the non-F1 fans can enjoy it !

Enjoyed it, thanks!

I didn’t like Bone Tomahawk at all, and I’m a huge fan of Westerns.

Surf movie night on TCM!

They're airing all the early Bruce Brown (prior to "The Endless Summer") films.

Followed by "Big Wednesday" - way too late for Bazza though..:)

As always......commercial free!

A brief doc about Tom McGuanne, Jim Harrison and Jimmy Buffett, Key West and tarpons. Absolutely charming.

Just watched Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes movies last night on Hulu. Save yourself 2 hours. My brother and I both thought is was bad. Kind of like Meg 2 that was also a huge disappointment. My wife just laughed and stopped watching after about 20 minutes. I kept thinking it has to get better... nope.

Mountain Queen: The Summits of Lhakpa Sherpa on Netflix
True story of Lhakpa Sherpa, from Nepal, who summitted Everest ten different times.
Great watch.
