I have used the carbrella for years on my Targa. Its perfect for keeping dust and leaves from blowing in when you are making a quick stop.

Not sure if everyone knows, but the Targa top will fit nicely into the back seat if you are not super tall. I am 5'-10" and have plenty of room for driving.

I was wondering the other day if you had gotten it yet, and what you thought about it. Glad you like it.

I use mine pretty much every day, my original targa top is in storage! It's added a lot to my use and enjoyment of my Targa.

REALLY nice Targa!

I normally don't care for tinted windows, but looks "right" on yours,

thanks, the tint really helps in so cal and san fernando valley...yes, it's a "valley" Porsche...helps especially for the back glass...even the front glass is slightly tinted for glare...brings up the shine of the glass

1989 targa turbo

this is my pride and joy
1 of only 48 1989 targa turbos built ( k series )
its a 3.3L 440+ HP which sound unbelievable,

I am pretty sure its the only one in Australia

And I am betting it would blow most other cars on the road,

let me know what you think of the looks,

I love the Targa and would not have it any other way,

tony

3.6 Targa Turbo

Here is my '85 Targa Turbo. It's not an original turbo, but sports a 3.6 single turbo and G50 5 spd. I still have the Fuchs and I installed the 17" Fikse w/ 245 and 315's. Lots of upgrades, the PO raced it, I am using it for DE now. I also put in new sport seats and a 930 S steering wheel. Looks stock but pushing 450-500 hp!

Do you guys with the Turbo Targas have any extra bracing of the Targa bar? Is it different from an NA Targa or already beefed up from the factory?

I am surprised that the Targa gets a bad rap from some. I love mine, it's the best of both worlds. Open air motoring and more secure and quieter than a Cabriolet.
As far as styling, they all look gorgeous, top down, top on, sunroof open, closed whatever.

Just Drive Them !!!

A couple pictures of my 84
