I watched Munster Go Home tonight on MeTV, I aways enjoyed the TV show and seeing the old cars was cool.

One of the rare outstanding sequels.

Last night watched an oldy with Burt Reynolds....."Hustle".

Pretty good cast but story wasn't all that great, IMHO.

Burt Reynolds – Lieutenant Phil Gaines
Catherine Deneuve – Nicole Britton
Ben Johnson – Marty Hollinger
Paul Winfield – Sergeant Louis Belgrave
Eileen Brennan – Paula Hollinger
Eddie Albert – Leo Sellers
Ernest Borgnine – Santuro
Colleen Brennan – Gloria Hollinger
Catherine Bach – Peggy Summers
Jack Carter – Herbie Dalitz

Burt was driving a nice looking '73 Mustang though......:)

Kids and I watched Hidalgo a couple nights ago. Was a refreshing change form all the CGI explosions of late.

Hildago is fantastic!

Quick anecdote.....I dated a girl who loved horses. She had a few at her ranch when we were seeing each other. Eventually we parted ways but stayed in touch as friends.

That year for Christmas I sent her a Hildago DVD.

I wasn't expecting anything back - we exchange Christmas cards still to this day. But I knew that small gesture would provide a little happiness for her.

Also, as a huge "Lawrence of Arabia" fan, I enjoyed the desert backdrops and themes this movie provided.

The Hustler. Have not seen this for maybe 50 years. Forgot how good it was.

Believe me when I tell you this movie is brilliant. The only reason I watched it is because I happen to see a short no spoilers review on YouTube. It looked interesting so I thought why not?

It starts off slow but then it builds up and doesn't let off. As I wrote brilliant but my mother is living with me right now and there's no way I would let her see this movie. It just messes with your mind and there are some harrowing scenes bordering on horror. It's not a prefect movie but pretty damn close. I'd suggest seeing it with your significant other because it's bound to provoke thought long after it's over. Great cast and beautifully executed.

Huge fan of this film.

Been going through the DVDs in the past couple weeks & being a lending library to the neighbors...

An oldie but goodie in the vein of dishonest women (but funny this time):

The Lady Eve.

Let me guess ... the Avengers did not make the thread.

Here's another good one Raunch ;) ... A caper film with twist.

Viola Davis is an outstanding actress. It's hard to define but she has that special thing.

The wine bottle thing underlined her mental state. (self harm with little to no regard for her own health)

Years ago I was was a nurse and I often did last minute overnight shifts through and agency. (I'm ex Army and I was a medic)
.... and I often ended up working in a psych ward. :(

"Widows" was very different. The girls really did do a great job.

We Need to Talk about Kevin [no spoilers].

Watched this movie with my wife shortly after having kids. Deep, dark and I could only watch it once.

POLAR on Netflix didnt suck.

it was like pulp fiction and any John Wick movie had a one night stand and had a baby movie. when it grows up, this is the movie. they named him POLAR.
