962 rear steel V frames

I am ready for Production of rear steel frame parts, (From rollcage to the rear crossmember) and help from a 962 owner that can take a couple of quick measures on his car, is appreciated, thanks

I have now got Control of this measures, thank`s to Fabcar.

The fiberglass parts for the mid section is in place, minus the doors.

Rocker arm rear suspension bolted to the ends of those arms and inboard coilover shocks were on top along with an adjustable antiroll bar. That reduced unsprung weight in the rear suspension and got the shocks out of the air stream going through the ground effects tunnels on each side.

Time for some more update on the 962-N001

Rollcage has been partly fitted, and mid section trial fitted.

Now it really starts to take shape :-)

Please keep posts coming ... these were top of the line race cars in there day , so watching one being built from scratch is inspiring for most of us . The total simplicity yet sophisticated things used for racing has always been something that has fascinated a lot of us .
